1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
· Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
· Be returned with original packaging (including gift boxes, tags, etc.)
· Be sent back within 14 days of delivery
Please note: Earrings and custom-made pieces are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for eligible items based on availability. Reach out to our support team, and we’ll help make it right.
4. Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number—we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
